If you or someone you know is interested in joining us, please download and fill out the following application form and mail it to Ruki Gunasekara at 2336 Orient Park Drive, Unit 95, Gloucester, ON.

The classes are held every Saturday between 1-6 PM, unless otherwise arranged. The classes usually last ONE hour. Beginners will be trained individually until they learn the basic exercises.

Fees are $15.00 per class.
